Great experience all around! We noticed our water heater had a leak on New Year’s Eve. We expected to leave voicemails and not hear back for a few days since it was a holiday, but someone answered the phone! I explained the issue and texted them pictures of the water heater and where the leak was coming from. He gave me a quote over the phone and within two days someone was out fixing it! The plumber that came out was very kind and ended up fixing a second issue he found when he arrived. They had great communication, arrived in the time slot given, fixed all issues and took the time to explain the repair they were making. The quote given over the phone was even accurate! We will definitely be calling again if we need any additional services in the future.

The company in general has been very good to me. Special thanks to Wayne and Dan for all of their help. Wayne has been to our home several times, never complains, always helpful and wants you, the customer to be happy with the work. I appreciate their dedication and wish more companies followed their old school ideals and principals of simply making the customer happy.

I had to call Econo West in regards to our ac not turning on. Upon arrival, the technician Cody, was able to come out and assess what was happening to our unit within in a timely matter. He was efficient, extremely knowledge and did his due diligence in making sure my husband and I understood exactly what was happening to our unit. Cody gave us multiple repair options and together we were able to come to an affordable solution. Codys dedication to his job and customers show immensely. Needless to say we will be using Econo-West in the future and recommending them to family and friends. Thanks Cody!

I have tons of allergies and was very concerned about the cleanliness of my ducts after the home inspector noticed there was no filter on the return. The ducts were beyond filthy but now they’re clean!! Very thorough service, they even installed a new register and filter for me. I feel much better about moving into our new place. The team was very nice and super helpful.

Danny was knowledgeable, professsional, communicated effectively and took the time to answer all of my questions. He gave me information about my system that I had no knowledge of. It was a pleasure working with him and I will definitely use Econo West in the future
